Weight lifting makes me feel like a SUPER WOMANπŸ’ͺ🏻 The Master’s Hammer & Chisel workout DONE! πŸŽŠπŸŽ‰

Today I Lift 70lbs, 60lbs, 30lbs, 20lbs, 16lbs 10lbs & my 5lbs hehe πŸ˜…I am feeling it all over.

Feels FASTASTIC to sweat and pick up things than I couldn’t before.

When I was little the only food we ate always came from the farm’s market or my dads farm. Fresh veggies & meatsπŸ‹πŸπŸ‰πŸŒπŸ—πŸ–πŸ₯šπŸ―

I never knew what was cereal until I moved to USA 10 years ago. We only drink soda if we had a party. My mom made FABULOUS MEALS EVERYDAY like Chef STYLE. OMGGGG MY MOM IS AMAZING. I don’t know how she did it hehe both my parents worked full time and my mom still made time to make us delicious food. Mami Lucero sigo esperando el inchicapi🀣

We only ate ice cream for special occasions like our birthdays. I remember when it was my bday my dad always asked “what do u want for your birthday” and I answer “a big ball of ice cream cover on chocolate & SURI!!!!”πŸ˜πŸ‘‰πŸ»πŸ›πŸ¦πŸ« he smile very big and took me on his bike to the @Donofrio ice cream factory and then to the market for Suri. I don’t think I ever asked for toys lol
It’s one of the best memories of my childhoodπŸ’•

Suri is a worm that grows inside the aguaje tree which is super tasty! If u were wondering heheπŸ˜‚

My parents always took great care of our health. I am very thankful they planted a seed inside of me for a lifetime and here I am my whole life revolves around HEALTH, HAPPINESS & SELF LOVEπŸ’•

Getting my oxygen mask on

The best way to take care of others is to start with ourselvesπŸ’•

It’s about time to RE FOCUS! Because let me be honest here I was RUNNING OUT OF OXYGEN AND I COULDN’T BREATHE ANYMORE🀒

I’m talking about on an airplane. DO YOU REMEMBER in the safety video we have to put the oxygen mask on first ourself before we
can help other people.. It’s extremely important to do thatβœˆοΈπŸ’ΊπŸš¨ Take care of yourself or you won’t have the energy to save others.

Well I forgot about the mask…. and i was running out of air on my plane✈️… I have been so busy helping others and forgot the most important thing…me. I wasn’t feeling my best anymore, my motivation and my eating habits were very off. It was affecting my energy, mood, body, skin and my love for others. I can’t live like this! I got up and did Day 1 of HAMMER AND CHISEL & I am so sore in every single way and my heart is feeling great again. The Health Bet challenge group will keep me in trackπŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ˜·πŸ˜ŒπŸ¦‹

It’s very simple if we can’t breath, we can’t help anyone else with their oxygen mask… if we don’t take care of our HEALTH we will get sick & we won’t be able to be there for those important people we love so much. β˜€οΈ

I love my Mike, I love my fur babies, i love my family, my friends & I love my job as a Beachbody coach, & I love my challengers which means I have to put my oxygen mask on everyday to have the MOTIVATION, LOVE, ENERGY to be there for them. They are very important to me and my priorities but I come first before anything else. I am sure you have important people & priorities in your life too and care for them so much. πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘§β€πŸ‘¦πŸ’‘πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸŒΎπŸ€°πŸ»

Being so busy and trying to do all to the point that we forget to take care ourselves isn’t never a good thing. πŸ‘¨πŸ»β€πŸ’»β›ΉπŸΌβ›³οΈπŸš£πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

If you want to give more, serve more, create more, contributive more, volunteer more, be present for your family more, be there for your kids, love your husband more , build more, u have to be STRONGER and u need to make YOU your first PRIORITY so that u can give more, do more for THE ONES U LOVE THE MOSTπŸ’•

Time to make a Schedule to do you first, because YOU ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT, make time for your exercise, your meal plan, your nutrition, your sleep, your free time to enjoy and then only then when you have your oxygen mash secure you can go down the rest of your priorities on your list and start adding family, Kids,etc and all the important things in your life. πŸ’™
